Shipping Policy
20-Day Delivery Guarantee

Nexora offers a 20-business-day delivery guarantee from the date your order is dispatched. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the shipping confirmation date, not the order date. While we strive to ensure all orders arrive within the guaranteed timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Carrier delays

Public holidays

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Natural events or service disruptions

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from dispatch, you must contact us within 5 business days after the guarantee period ends to be eligible for review. Our team will investigate the shipment status with the carrier. If the delay is confirmed and the parcel is deemed lost in transit, Nexora will offer either:

  • A replacement product at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to the original payment method

This guarantee does not apply to delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided at checkout or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy from the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided. The return request must be submitted within 10 calendar days of delivery.
